Jeff, Kai, XP2 is so so good. You can shoot it anywhere from ISO 100 (I hear) to 1600 (I've tried) and develop it NORMALLY in C41 and it looks amazing. See my thread
here. And you can develop it in B&W chemicals, too, of course, and stand develop it, or do whatever you please. Basically, you can shoot it however the hell you want and develop it however the hell you want and it looks amazing
However, it costs $2/roll more than Tri-X, and I love Tri-X almost as much as I love XP2, so......
