I likely won't have anything from this weekend, as I will be on Cape Cod sailing & shooting, but not developing until Monday at the earliest. Therefore, I'll share one of my most favoritest shots to date. I took this on a gig that I was on with the Jesse Malin band (D-Generation, etc) last month at the former CBGB's, now a John Varvatos store. But they sometimes do shows there, and when they do, they have an incredible sound system and lights. This is a reverse-angle backlit shot of the bass player, whom I was standing behind, who is a little bit of a legend herself, she plays with Norah Jones' newest project and is very very VERY solid bass player (I know, I've played with a couple hundred
)
Anyways. Canonet, Ektachrome 100S shot at 50 (actually, I think I even overexposed this one an additional stop), cross-processed C41
