Thanks! I didn't see a lot of demo videos out there for One Instant, and none for use with a 4x5 camera, so I made one. It's an interesting product - certainly much more temperamental than FP-100C, and pretty expensive, but I'm glad they're trying; hopefully they will survive and improve their offering.
As for 8x10 development, I also tried the CATLabs 8x10 rack that fits in a Jobo tank, which can do 3 sheets at a time, but I had a heck of a time loading the thing in a darkroom let alone in a changing tent. For the amount of time it took me to finagle the negatives into the rack, I may as well just tray-develop. The Stearman Press tank only does 1 sheet, but it uses much less chemistry and is very easy to use in a changing tent, meaning I can use it at home, saving a trip to the community darkroom. That has been a real boon in the time of COVID.
