Let's get the weekend started December 6 to 8, 2019
« on: December 06, 2019, 06:10:23 PM »
My wife likes to get Christmas going the day after Thanksgiving, by the day after Christmas she's had enough and it comes to an abrupt halt.  She likes the decorating part of Christmas most and every year she does a different color scheme.  This year is blue and turquoise.  Though the tree was flocked blue with turquoise highlights, you can't really see that in my annual rotating Christmas tree Polaroid but you can see the blue theme.  I have done several of these that can be seen here: https://www.flickr.com/search/?user_id=60348236%40N07&sort=date-taken-desc&text=rotating%20tree&view_all=1

Long exposure with Polaroid land Camera 100 using Fujifilm FP-100c.

Finally finished my video on shooting, developing, and printing an 8x10 platinotype.

Plus, a baby Christmas tree!

Just like in Charlie Brown's Christmas ;)

My hometown!! (I hate the new stadium and all the congestion it's created. Luckily my parents now live in Jersey and I in NYC, so I never have to go back to that ****hole again  ;D ;D ;D )

Another smart weekend so far ... love the Polaroid tree.

I've put one of my 2013 Rolleicord 621 shots on the cover of my new Blurb book. This image is a bit soft as it's just a screenshot from a pdf, but you get the picture, I'm sure.

Neopan 400 - remember that?

A little while back I found a good bargain on a Schneider Xenon 1.9/50 for my Exa, so I decided to go out and really test the thing. Pardon my excessive shots.

Really impressed by this old lens. I've got another in m42, but it's the late model with the compact barrel - it's a lot less ergonomic to use so I've rarely touched it. Now I've got one in the older big barrel for Exakta and it's much easier to use. All shots on Kodak Ektar. A nice misty day is hard to resist.

Indofunk:  The inconvenience of game day traffic is felt down in Rhode Island.  I can only guess what it means to the residents of Foxboro.  One thing Foxboro has going for it is its school music program.
