Isn't it the weekend though? Edition 8/3/18

He all,

I hope you all are happily snapping away. My dancers dancing project is still moving along, and now I'm using a flash, my most hated accessory aside from tripods, which I am also using. Being forced to use that combo is awful but I'll get through the pain.   ;D

Nice start Jeff!  I've been snapping a lot of photos this summer, working my way through a backlog.  Leica IIIf using a Canon Serenar F/4 135mm Lens.  The film is Tri-X developed in RO9 1:50 (Rodinal).

Veeery nice start to the thread. Lovely dancer, Jeff.

Bryan, as usual, love the foggy shots. By far my favorite style of B&W. Moody and "silent".

I haven't had much time to walk around and shoot, but I did manage to shoot a couple rolls on the Bronica last weekend.

I'm trying out a film that's new to me, the Maco TS Eagle AQS. TS stands for traffic surveillance, it's 400 ISO and pretty fine grained. Let's say there's no lack of contrast in this film! Many frames were overexposed at normal metering, so I will try to expose it at 640 ISO or higher. I've seen examples shot at 800 ISO that were very nice. I've already got some very interesting results, I like it so far. I have not seen this film for sale in rolls, only in bulk.

You could also try pull processing. That will reduce contrast.

A wee drop of colour - some wild grasses, some flare, some water, and a mountain.

I just got the first picture from my new anamorphic pinhole. I just used paper for the first try but the camera is made to handle 120 film.

PeterR: love the scallops. I've been there, but it was full of people and couldn't get a clean shot - but you've really nailed it.

Thanks David. I think we were just lucky. Shortly afterwards, there were kids climbing all over it.
