Topic: Rodinal if good forever!

Well, it's not much of surprise for many of us that Rodinal lasts a very long time. But the following might be a surprise: Rodinal is good forever!

The guy was given a bottle of Rodinal that was manufactured in June 1917. You read right, that's 100 years ago!
And most surprising of all, he tried it out and it was still good.

If you read into the comments it's actually about 40 or 50 years old, still quite impressive.

I really don't know exactly how old it really is. One thing's for sure, I've never seen it in bottles other than the stubby ones with a screw-on lid.
But on the other hand I had never seen Dektol in liquid form served in a can until I found one at an antiques store.

Yeah, but don't forget we now have a new version of Rodinal... Like everything, it's not really the same.
