Anybody drive a Hasselblad H1 with the 120 film back?
« on: July 15, 2015, 03:44:35 PM »
I'm lucky enough to own an old 500c/m and would never part with it. But I have just realised that Hasselblad made a film back for the H1, which I (mistakenly) thought was digital-only. So, the question is, does anybody on here own an H1 and use it with film? I like the non-auto anything 500c/m, but when I'm feeling lazy, the idea of an auto everything H1 appeals. And due to the rapid (and many would say much-needed) advance in digital, the H1 is going for very little money these days. I realise that the 500 lenses won't fit the H1, so that would be another expense...

Would it be a good use of my Christmas bonus? Does anybody have experience of both the 500 & the H1, please?

I not only don't own one but also don't know anyone who can afford one.
