Late to this thread as usual...
These are some of the hot off the scanner images taken with my repaired 2$ Meopta Flexaret.
I guess it didn't help any that the mirror is seriously loosing its silvering and that the film advance is one of those wonky engineered nightmares. But still, I think got my 2$ worth on this one.

I did get a street portrait from it but the law being the law, I won't be showing it for a few years until the person totally forgets about it (even though she didn't even notice me taking her picture... or at least I think she didn't)

Oh man, it's only Friday morning here (Eastern Standard Time) but what a show already! Love love Sandeha's dreamy shots (Holga?) and Andrea's dynamic blur.

I've got a bridge in Maine. Spotmatic, HP5, Caffenol-H (RS).

Not the Holga, (though I have one) but the Meniscus TLR (using just an Agfa Agnar rear element) which is pretty much the only camera I've used in the past year.

This one was a smashing hit on the Flickr last week. You never know what the photographing masses like. I was just doing a shutter speed test with my old Rolleicord. Shutter is working just fine. Long ago expired TMX100 in Rodinal 1+25.

Lots of good things this week, Sapata's shot of the power station, and Paul's pinhole (they all seem so perfect-who needs a lens?) and I also love the Lego wall-just love it!

Have fun everyone!

Thanks Jonas.  It's my favorite film for 35mm format.  It was a very bright mid-day roll and I was concerned about blown sky and highlights so I used a yellow filter and X-Tol 1+1.  Have fun!

So many great shots this weekend! Mauricio that's a beautiful image and print of Battersea power station.

Sandeha, ah I remember you showing of that camera. Great results and it makes me think if I should take my Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash with the flipped lens on the holiday trip. But then it needs a 620 take up spool and I only have 7 of them ...

I love all the toy-cam and pinhole shots. Also for me it's diffcult to return to "regular" photography since I discovered some lo-end challenges.

Anyway, here's an old fashioned environmental portrait. That's how the "ham-man" wanted to be photographed. His air-dried ham and sausages are outstanding. Taken with a Canon AS-1
http://camerapedia.wikia.com/wiki/Canon_Sure_Shot_A-1/Prima_AS-1/Autoboy_D5
on mistreated TMax400 (heat, storage, expired) developed in Promicrol 1+19, cropped to square format.

Hello every one, it's been a couple of months of maybe half a year.... :-[  since I've contributed in the weekend post. I've been really busy finishing my degree in the studies of the Built Environment, which have  required me to drive to Antwerp and back every day for the last half a year, but I'm done!  ::) I have been reading the forum but haven't found the time to develope a single roll for half a year so. On occasion I managed to shoot a roll but then it would just lie there in the fridge waiting for processing.....

So good news: last week I picked up where I left of and developed a couple of rolls of Double-X I shot on a short trip to London about a week earlier. So here's some shots of the 2 rolls, all shot with my trusty AE-1 with 28mm F2.5 vivitar @400 and souped in HC-110 Sol B. Some shots were to grainy for my taste, could that be the temperature? Because it's been really hot recently I couldn't get the solution to 20C so I did it at 24C with a reduced developing time. if you like architecture there are some more shots of the Walkie talkie building on my ipernity

So many fantastic images this weekend.

Mauricio, love that cyanotype. I still need to get my feet wet with them. I've been hoarding supplies.

Gary & Sandeha, love that grain. Paul, fantastic as always. Andrea, I'm just blown away, what a fantastic image.

I took a toy camera from the '50s to Hawaii. Still scanning the negs, but I have prints! Actual photographs! Ergo, I'm calling myself a photographer this week. :)
