Paul, that's a great shot. Same goes for Kevin's lighthouse and Sandeha's painter.

Another one from my Olympus 35SP - Tri-X in Caffenol C-H(RS).

Any man who can see what he wants to get on film will usually find some way to get it;
and a man who thinks his equipment is going to see for him is not going to get much of anything.

Thanks, Kevin. I've been buying it in DM stores in my home town. DM stands for Drogerie Markt,
I don't know if you got those in the UK. It's probably the cheapest of Fuji films. A year ago it was
Kodak cheapest stuff and the price for it was around US$ 1,5 and this Fuji  films cost US $2.3 per
roll.

I know we often say that this week's weekend thread is a good one - but these are genuinely outstanding, IMO. A few faves:

Sandeha - what a start.....
Kevin Allan - that is a strange colour palette but I REALLY like it.
Paul Mitchell's photo is just fantastic.
Tintin's shot of the skateboarders has a distinctly 1950's feel to the tones.

Mine are a couple of shots taken in Mdina, in Malta a couple of weeks ago. Camera: Rolleiflex 2.8e (Xenotar version) using Ilford Delta 400.  Processed and scanned by a pro lab (or I simply would not have time to get all 14 rolls done).  These are from a "test" roll they did for me. Very little post processing from the scan.

Sandeha, great way to get things going!
Fluminian, I like the colour work
TinTin you know I am a sucker for skaters prepped for the Board Meeting (Coincidentally I skate-commuted to work today, without a tie, however ;))

I found a roll I forgot about that included some NY shots...

I like the painterly theme this weekend. harvey, yours looks like a painting to me! I like it :)

and inksmelladdict; that second ektar shot is just mouth watering. too bad my bronica is out on repair, I'd load it up with some ektar right away otherwise :D

just got the scans from a friend that was kind enough to develop a roll that I shot in my Minox 35 PL.

it SEEMED to play nice up until just the last frames on the roll but all I got out were five shots before it stopped opening the shutter :( it still lit up and acted normal but arghh....  >:(

still, I love what I get out of these lil buggers -so I'll keep at till untill I have one I know works  :-X

t-max 400 btw. I like how it renders skies. that "built in" yellow filter sure is nice.

Standouts for me at this stage: Harvey's misty landscape, Tin Tin's first and Paul Mitchell's windswept grasses.

Back from the lab this week, a roll of Kodak EBX that had spent most of the summer waiting patiently on the bookshelf.
Can't decide which of these I like the most. I think I needed one more slight variation to make a nice triptych..!

My favorite from this week was posted in another thread, so I will put this one up since the subject matter balances out the technical problems (fogged film, scratches, etc).

Here's one from the Holga and Portra 400. I started the roll on World Toy Camera Day, but had three shots left. We went for a walk on Thursday and I took it along to kill the roll. We got to the park just in time to catch the end of some sort of horse race or event, so it wasn't long before those three shots were all used up!

I think I might have to rescan the roll, though. The dust spots are just crazy on this roll and it took me forever just to do this one photo. I think trying to do the rest from WTCD will kill me  :o

The first in my new series (which I have back-curated to include about 30 older pictures): Urban Decay. XP2 @200, Rodinal 1:100.

Urban Decay 3 by Indofunk Satish, on Flickr

I don't know if this film is long-expired, but it came out pretty dark and I had to increase the exposure 2 stops in LR. This shot is at night, of course, so I'm artificially boosting the shadows anyways, but even the daylight shots were underexposed. I've had really good luck with recent XP2 shot at 400 and developed in Rodinal 1:100, so I'm definitely blaming the film in this case ;)
