I tried a roll of 35mm. To be fair, I really screwed up and it was my fault. I really like Portra 800 and part of me wanted to see how this new CineStill would measure up. However, it's not a direct comparison (aside from speed). Once I'd realised this, I sort of lost interest and ended up taking a load of truly crap photos in all sorts of mixed lighting conditions and then, to add insult to injury, had it processed at Snappy Snaps. End result: two photos I was reasonably happy with but that needed a lot of work on colours to get rid of (from memory) a very icky green cast. There, that's better.....
Anyway, I'm pretty sure there is a Flickr group dedicated to CineStill and I'm equally sure there'll be the usual mix of good, bad and bloody awful on there that will help identify its strengths, weaknesses and idiosyncrasies.
