Hopefully this may be of some use to any of us guys in the UK, whether in the air or on the ground they should make a good shot.

Oof - two Lancs flying in the same place at the same time. I may need a moment....
Any man who can see what he wants to get on film will usually find some way to get it;
and a man who thinks his equipment is going to see for him is not going to get much of anything.

I thought there was only one Lancaster still flying

There's only one based in the UK "City of Lincoln" based at RAF Coningsby.  However, as the attachment says:

"The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum will be flying their prized Avro Lancaster to England on August 4th for a 2 month tour."

That will be a sight to see......

My son used to live down the road from RAF Coningsby and used to see City of Lincoln regularly

Just before he passed away I took an old friend, and ex RAF Lancaster pilot, up to RAF Coningsby where he was guest of honour for the day. Although well into his 90's we still managed to get him to sit in the pilots seat once last time. Never one for much emotion he did shed a tear or two that day.

Please excuse the fact that these are digital but thought some of you might like to see them.
