Well I managed to stay up until after midnight so I could sneak in and start off the weekend thread.

Rock stuff from Seaton Sluice, North Tyneside, on 35mm Velvia 50.

Sunset over Bannerman Castle, 4 July 2014. Voigtländer Perkeo II, Kodak Ektar.

great shots across the board. Terry's shot, as an example, is lovely.

I started shooting on a half frame last weekend and that sucker still is not done! That is the downside of them being so frugal, haha. I have a roll I might be able to soup up before the end of the weekend, but as a placeholder I present another shot from a roll of Kodak duplication film that Hungry Mike gave me recently. Man I gotta find more of this stuff as I love it. I love the look, and as I have a moderately fast lens (1.4) I love getting to shoot wide open all the time.

The only downside is that all the images look like they have been brutalized in instagram, haha. (And I swear I have just done the basic adjusting of the levels that I would do in any image.)

OMG! All that color is starting to make my world look dull and gray  ;D

As for the half frame don't worry, it'll be ready for processing before Xmas  ;)
(I just hope you didn't put a roll of 36 in it!)

Haha no it was an OM-2 not OMG (sorry I could not resist). But ya the colour is at "11" with this stuff. I love it - although I would get headaches staring at it everyday.

And yes on the halfframe it was a 36 (or should I say 72). To make matters worse it was a home loaded roll and I often get a few more frames in than I should  ;)

Well, my laptop just decided to give me the Black Screen of Death, so I guess there won't be no photo editing for me for a couple of days until I either revive the old computer or buy a new one  >:(

So here's a relatively old one from a few weeks ago.

I pass this barn almost every day of my life and it often taunts me with its photogenic goodness, especially when the horses are in town. A few weeks ago, I was passing and the horses were right by the fence AND I had a loaded Instax Wide with me. SCORE! :) This guy got all annoyed and kept snuffling at me.

Huge scanning backlog and I'm working tomorrow, but thought I'd sneak in on the fun.

I have a weakness for thrift store cameras. This is expired Gold 200 in a $2.something Ricoh FF-90. Can't wait to push fresh FP4+ through it.

More shots from the first roll I took with the Canon P and Jupiter-8.

I lied, and FilmTrackr corrected me. Love that service, if you haven't tried it yet. This should be from a Canon AF35M II (Autoboy!).

Amazing photos, hookstrapped. So jealous.

I always look forward to the weekend posts here.  I don't know where else I would find such good work and so many diverse approaches.

I have been processing film from a recent trip to Portugal, Scotland (Skye) and Amsterdam.  My one roll of color film was a big disappointment but, happily, the first two rolls of Tri-X provided lots of choices.  Here are two from Lisboa and two from Portree, Skye.

Thanks, I'm developing in Xtol 1:1, 8.75 min. I think three are times online that say 10min. It's far too long for me. Whether I'm slightly overexposing or whatever I'm doing 8.75 seems to come out looking great.
