Somehow, I have the feeling that they probably used the same circuit in all their products, so 12 VDC should be safe. (one site says it's 1.25 amp power)
All that's left to do then is figure out the polarity. But some things work no matter the polarity.
If there's a good electronics surplus place near where you live, they usually have knowledgeable people there who can help. I know that's where I head to when I have questions.
Have you tried contacting Daylab? I know that their website is down and don't know if they're still in business but here is some contact information I got from archive.org
