I got this little notice on this French website about my work (which I only knew of by noticing a weird blip in my website traffic tracking through google analytics), and that's all very nice, but the real great thing was the google translate version of what they wrote -- something I will be sure to incorporate in all future artist statements I'm required to submit:

"Peter Brian Schafer loves dirty streets, prostitutes, neighborhoods who fear, broken eyes and mouths marked..."

True, every word.

I am currently speaking to an HK mate of mine  - about seeing if he can snag me some cheap camera film from HK
