This is a collection of negatives that I have developed in various unconventional recipes:

That's quite some color you got going on there!
You open the page  and it jumps out at you!

Nice work, Dave.

It would be good to see a few posted in the thread you are starting rather than having to immediately navigate away from FW. You can use flickr links.

It would just be nice to see images rather than hey, go here. Give the flickr link as well for those that want to look at the complete set.

Hope I'm not speaking out of turn here :-X

I like the collage that they form.  I could see the set blown up as a large wall hanging.  As a group, they are really impressive!

You mean like the effort it takes to click a link?

Dave, try and imagine a weekend thread if it was full of only links. Or indeed if the whole forum was links.

If you have a series of photos that you wish to  share, how about posting them in the Photo Essay part of Filmwasters? http://www.filmwasters.com/forum/index.php?board=7.0 Of course, it would be nice if you posted images there too rather than just a link.

I'm sure that moderators will correct me if I'm speaking out of turn, but, it is nice to see photos within Filmwasters where possible or at least a selection. We also try and post Youtube & Vimeo videos within the thread if the owners allows embedding?

The Photos Essay section is a great place to showcase series of your own work that you think we would find interesting, or at least a selection. If you have any problem embedding Flickr images you won't be alone, we've all had issues with that at some stage! Just ask away and plenty will come to your rescue.  Alternatively you can upload images,  although, there is a 200K limit on image side.

Dave, I totally agree with Phil. It's great to have the link posted here (and thanks for taking the time to get involved here at Filmwasters), but even a few taster images included in a post would make it so much more engaging. As a general rule I tend not to click on links posted by people to their own work anyway. That's kind of what Twitter is for. Now, if someone else posted a link to your work on Flickr with a recommendation then I'd be more inclined to take a look, but even if it was me posting a link to your work I'd take the time to include at least one image in the post....because I know that's what most people here would expect and appreciate.

Based on two of your recent posts here (this and one other) I would agree with Phil's other suggestion to you about using the Photo Essays board. It's a great place to showcase a series of work.

Cool, I'll do that for future posts.

Thanks guys!

I had totally forgot about this site, it looks like it's a cool place to share info & photographs...
