A great start to a lovely (wet) weekend!

An old car shot with Hasselblad SWC a number of years ago and scanned this week.                                     Ilford FP4 developed in Pyro PMK.

Regards,

Lawrie.

Looks like it's going to be another cracker of a week.

dynamo - have been admiring this on flickr, I presume it's some kind of pedestrian bridge?... but at the same time it reminds me of a children's play park. The mist really adds mystery.
Phil - the quality never wains!
Lawrie - absolutely love it!
Charles - reminds me of my walk into work this morning... cold and crisp

Suzi - well worth all the effort though!
johann - 3 really well observed images and beautiful colour

Johan - Great collection of stains and the pole is beautifully tanalised.

Sandeha - nice friends you keep (and unusual bokeh too - what lens was it taken with?)

Dynamo - these things always remind me of the Mousetrap boardgame for some reason.

Paul - The last one gives me vertigo even in 2D

and Suzy - You must mean 'Friccin' surely?  And yes, well worth the effort.  Ever thought of using a Zero Stat gun - it seems to keep most of the dust away from my darkroom, which has a leaky old wood burner stove only a few yards away?

Lot's to love so far this weekend!

The one that makes me chuckle out loud is Lawrie's old car.
It reminds me of a youngster missing their front teeth.  Lot's of personality in that car Lawrie!

Dynamo - Love the dreamy feel.

Charles - Beautiful frosty morning, my favourite time of day

Suzi - I just love this.

Paul - Stunning.

Such an amazing group of pictures from everyone like them all.

Here's my effort, taken back in the summer in a really creepy wood out on the back roads.
This place even gets the dog spooked.

Tremendous variety as ever.  Lawrie, the car shot is just terrific.  Love the atmosphere in Paul's pinholes and Windy's seascapes especially too.
Happy weekending.

Where to start.......?

- Paul Mitchell. Just love your shots of Whitby and I must get there this year
- Windy. 2 of the best shots I've seen posted for a long while
- Phil B. The usual. Love 'em - especially the second one - superb lighting and depth.
- Sandeha. That monkey has got phenomenal neck muscles to hold that rock on its head.....
- Lawrie. That's almost 3-D. Superb shot

My own are a bit of a mix. The bikes (Waterloo Station) and the crowd ("Take a View" Exhibition at the National Theatre) were shot last weekend on Leica M6TTL and XP2 Super. The Wine and Roses were shot just before Christmas in a Champagne Bar in Manchester (of all places) using a Ricoh GR1s and Fuji Neopan 1600.

Love that Ferris, too.

Graham - It was most likely a Pentax 77mm Ltd.  This is a crop.

Some great stuff from all, sweet! A few took a drive up to Tochigi yesterday and explored another turbine hall, this one from the turn of last century. The brick and wrought-iron work was still spectacular...

Amy at a very, very cold playground on Sunday saying, "I just want to be alone" whilst clearly wanting the exact opposite. About 45 seconds later she was the happiest kid on the planet, running and going crazy with her friends.

Land Camera 360 + expired 690. Every shot from this pack of film has a deep blue cast. maybe I should peel 'em earlier?

Cripes, last week was good and some lovelies here too. Dynamo's great opener, Suzi's eye and Windy's are all grand.

Been building out the darkroom so not snapping much and have a back log.  Last night I but a roll on XP2 in the same tank as a roll of GP3 and stand dev'd them for over an hour at 20 degrees 10ml of RO9 in 1.2l of water.

This one's on XP2, Orchards taken with a Brownie Hawkeye Flash with it's lens flipped.

That´s really a weekend! Laurie, Dynamo, Johann... fantastic shots.

Ed, I get blue cast on my 12 year expired 108 polaroids when shooting with low light. If I shoot with bright warm light it completely disappears and I get golden tones.. Yes, I guess it sounds too obvious  ;D

Interesting. I'll see if the current pack lasts long enough to try it in the sun. I think I only have a couple of shots left. I did take one shot last week with the same pack of film which accidentally half peeled itself in my pocket (courtesy of me jamming another developing print into the top of the first one and separating some of the print from the backing...and the part of the print that was effectively peeled a couple of hours before the rest of it looked really good. I don't like peeling the film while I'm out and about and almost always wait until I'm home. It doesn't give me any problems with 125i, but it has had a weird effect on a couple of other Pola film types; to be expected I suppose.
