Sweet shot with Woody and my son is named Caelan...

Anyway, here he is out shooting with me the other week. Nikon FE2/Loreo lens (cap) and I'll show his work soon...

Beautiful portraits by Andrea and Miller... love grey_fish's polas as well.

It's been a long time but I finally finished the film I had in my beautiful Voigtlander Vito B, the one I bought at the "Photographica"  :o...

Not bad I guess...considering it was sold as a broken camera for £5.00 I think I got myself a real bargain...

A cracking start to the weekend.

Andrea and miller, beautiful work. Becky, I love those cars. Thom, the colour in your first is delicious. Nick, I love the first and Peter, a great series. I particularly like the  first two.

As for me. Hasselblad SWC/M and Fuji 160S. A derelict house in Crete.

Who is Peter?  I think you posted Peter had a great couple of shots either last week or the week before and I couldn't find a Peter then either!  ;D

Why thankyou astrobeck, The lakes I refer to is the common name for The Lake District an area in northern England where there are many beautiful lakes including lake windemere and conoston water, where Donald Campbell Thrashed his fathers water speed record going over 300 miles per hour in the bluebird craft in 1967 only to run into problems causing the craft to shoot up into the air and crash into the lake killing him instantly, his body and the craft remains werent found til 2001 (not 1960 :-P). *My grandad, who died before I was born sadly, took my dad to see the bluebird boat and bluebird car in Buxton park and sat him in the boat, this was mere weeks before he crashed.... coincedence, I think not!*

It is also the setting for the beloved English classic Withnail and I (discussed in another thread) however that was further north than I was in Penrith, It was also the home of beatrix potter and wordsworth. More film to be developed soon and hopefully scanned before this weekend thread turns stale

Crikey you lot are quick of the mark !  Great start with the Kiev 6 Andrea, (have a roll of TMAX in mine to develop).

Beck, always like to see 127 represented, even when it is curly, love the 3rd one.

Miller / Phil / Hookstrapped - Always shame us ...

Thom - Look at you getting all Mill on the Floss  ;D ;D ;D

Mr. Sapata - That last one looks like it's near Silverprint ?

Dev'd 4 rolls last night (1x Shanghai GP3 & 1x Acros from the Commander 2 again and 2x Efke R100 127 from the 1930's Eastman Bullet)  All Cuba and another four rolls to go of mixed formats ...

Mi pics of the week so far:

Grey fish chocoroid... mmmhh, really delicious, I must buy chocoroids immediately, but now not sure if they tended to fade with time... may by they are coatless?
Thom. grreat family portrait, so natural
Hookstrapped, that first one, colors are so... fantastic, and composition too.

From my side three more polas of the glorious expired 2000 108 polaroid!! All family and friends again. More from summer times in Spain. First one is little Alma, my daughter  ;D then my nephew and the son of a friend.

Indeed ! as the third one...
I went there this week to get a bottle of Ilford fixer (should've called first as it was sold out >:().

Also a digicam snap of my Vito B, haven't shot anything with it for a while, I should.

I really enjoyed the experience, apart from trying to guess the "feet" focus scale... had so many shots out of focus!, I can't believe I didn't use my rangefinder  :P pure laziness...

Lovely photos as usual everyone.

Andrea that's fantastic.  I love the light on this little one's face.

Thom the colors you're getting on the Polaroid are fantastic.  So cool.

HS - Image #1.  Something about her heels showing.  Great shot.

No pics from me this week, as I'm on Bald Head Island waiting to take one on the chin from Irene.  The wind and rain are picking up as I type.  I've taken quite a few "before" pics with the YashicaMat so I'll fill in with the "afters" and maybe have something for next weekend.

Cheers,

Jeff

I've gone a bit left-field this week, not just colour but abstract as well! When summer ended a few weeks ago we emptied the childrens paddling pool and propped it up against a glass-topped table to dry.
Canon F1 using Portra 160. Tweeked up a bit in PS as it needed stronger lines.

Hoorah! Some tasty pieces for sure, Filmwasters (natch!). Glad to see you're all hard at it.

Thom: You look like your dad!

I have something for once - albeit yet another bl**dy beach Polaroid of the family. I'm finally getting round to properly scanning some of the instants I took last month in Cornwall as opposed to just taking photos of them with my phone.

So, one new snap and two which were posted here a month back in rather more primitive form, but which have now been given the full Epson/VueScan treatment:

Three in a Row by Ed Wenn, on Flickr

The Guardian by Ed Wenn, on Flickr

Flo and Amy by Ed Wenn, on Flickr

All taken with a Land Cam 360 and very old Polapan 664. That's a sea rescue helicopter in the sky on the last photo...not a big speck of dirt  :)

Lovely work all.

Phil -  ;)

Diane - love that holga pic

Lino - love the road scene through the window.

I have been shooting a lot over the last two weeks, we had visitors over from Holland
and the other side [east] of ireland so there was a lot of touring and sight seeing.

This is an image of Ireland's only Fjord taken with the GW690 on Ilford HP5 using the
Sunny 16 rule [works great] i had to boost the contrast a bit in PS, I may have
over exposed accidentally with the full roll  ::)

here are my weekend offerings. A couple of shots of the Coldrum longbarrow near Trottiscliffe, Kent.  I never manage to get shots that I like at this place - probably something to do with have a strong attachment to it, so my own eye brings a lot of memories and other baggage that the camera doesn't see. Anyhow, these are them:

GREAT shots!!

Leon, what camera? Those are stunners.
Calbisu - I absolutely love your people shots - the last b/w of the woman draped across the table is stellar!
Hookstrapped - WOW!!

I probably should be out shooting Hurricane Irene, but I'm busy trying to scan my polaroids from vacation and get ready to tackle the b/w, c-41 and e-6 development.

This is a 667 expired 6/04.  One of my favorite films. :)
