Mark Tucker's PlungerCam work has had a huge influence on my own work. As a matter of fact, my very own Hassyphant (as Susan B likes to call my Hassy + homebrew lens setup) is a variation on the PlungerCam. The only difference is that instead of using an expensive loupe like the Rodenstock, I got a really cheap Japanese knockoff loupe that has even crappier characteristics.
