Yep, that's a great portrait, Darryl. Lovely stuff and good to see that you're obviously not one of the new breed of angry street photographers*. Where does the green tint come from though?



* That's a bit of an in-joke at the moment (and absolutely not at your expense). Just ignore me.

I shot this in June of 2007. I used Ilford C-41, Minolta X700 50mm. She was very friendly as were all the people that day. I was out by myself and went where the homeless hang out. You can really see some very interesting faces.  I shot I believe 12 homeless men and women, I also took down there names and where they were from and how long they had been on the street and their ages, most had been on the street 7 years and the average age was 52. I was really shocked at that. I paid each one $2.00, so they could ride the tram. It was a very interesting adventure.
