Another cheap processing lab
« on: May 13, 2011, 04:49:31 PM »
I couldn't find the thread where someone was asking for recommendations..

http://www.dscolourlabs.co.uk/development_only.cfm

http://www.dscolourlabs.co.uk/uploaded_files/DSCL%20BW%20MAIL%20ORDER%20FORM%202011.pdf - out of date price list do not use

I've just sent off one roll to be processed & scanned to CD, seems very cheap, £6 (mail order) to process B&W 120 + free scan to CD.. and free P&P is an option too..

to have a roll of 35mm or 120 film processed anywhere near me it costs $25.00..outrageous..thank goodness I can process my own..The local color lab asked me if I would consider processing for them cause no one is buying any black & white because of the cost of processing!

I've been using these for colour developing (I do my own B&W)

http://www.thewholepictureonline.co.uk/index.html

They developed my most recent colour 120's in the last 2 weekend threads

colour 120 is £4.50 dev only and £8.50 with a cd

B&W 120  is £6.50 dev only and £8.50 (£10.00) with a cd

Hmm, they've just called me and apparently they've made a mistake, the £6 offer is an old one and they forgot to remove the pdf from their website (which is where I downloaded it from) and dev & scan is actually £10.05.. so Windy's find is cheaper then.. I did point out that it is their mistake as they didn't update the info on their website so they're sending my order with a complimentary CD anyway. So Choppert if you sent them anything I'd mention that too, they should have updated their site with correct prices.

I'll try Windy's suggested lab next.

Sorry I made a mistake too - I quoted B&W 35mm costs not 120
