Topic: Process your own Minox film

Will the development not be affected by the fact that is stuck on the plastic, even if it's not the emulsion side? It may work with the 110 film as well...

Actually, like the original Minox tank, you have to put the emulsion on the outside for it to work...

I had some recently developed, expensive is right. Bet those negs are fun to scan

Thing is, the people who work at the minox lab are in reality all tiny people who use tiny processing equipment and scan the negatives using a tiny little scanner

I'm not sure if it touching plastic matters. There were film "noodles" that kind of worked on the same idea but for other formats... except you rolled them up. I think they were called film aprons? Freestyle still sells them for some unknown reason... they're basically a plastic frilly-edged lasagne noodle as long as a roll of film and you're just suppose to hold it at one end and roll it up and then stick it in your tank or something

Yep, they indeed were called aprons. They used to be the main design of the Kodak processing tanks... and strangely seem to have fallen out of favor when stainless reels came along.

Here is a picture from 1973. They were called Kodacraft tanks
