Been giving paper negatives a spin in some of my pinhole cameras.

I'm totally addicted, and will be tormenting myself, (and probably you all) with more of them in the future.
Still working out some light leaks in the cameras, but on the way to happiness eventually!

Meanwhile enjoy these from a few days ago.

I'm using Arista Paper developer from Freestyle.

It was warm this afternoon so I went up the road and made one more of this old relic I drive by everyday on Route 66.

Homemade pinhole.

Mostly 4 x 5 that I'm cutting from my stash of 8 x 10 sheets of Ilford RC.
I have some 5 x 7 that I've also started using.

These are great Becky, may have to try this myself. I love the one of the old car. The girls say hello, & will be sending you a card soon (they're a bit easily distracted and have been talking about doing this for a while!!)

I'll stick with this for a while as it's much fun, and not too bad on the pocketbook.

Here's a shot of the current fleet.

The dice is a decorative box I found just yesterday at a craft shop. I tested it this morning and am waiting for the negative to dry. The others are assorted converted candy and biscuit tins.
So far- my favorite is the duct taped over paint can. It's a quart size empty purchased at Home Depot for a few dollars, so the investment is mostly time and not much money.
The paint can comes already painted flat grey in the interior so it was only a quick drill out for the pinhole and it was ready to go.

I was informed of this thread by a Carl Radford (I've not been on here for a while -sorry!) and he suggested that I let you know that I have just self published a book on the paper negative process. it's available from Blurb.com
Type in Andrew Sanderson and you will find it. The second edition will be available in about a week if anyone is thinking of getting one.
I will be running some UK workshops on the process this year too.

had a read through the preview there, andrew. it was a pleasure to read, I think it's very well written

I haven't got any lf camera but I've been thinking about the possibilities of rolling paper on 120 spools..
