Mitsubishi Film
« on: December 11, 2006, 04:30:22 AM »
I was in Houston over the weekend and found some Mitsubishi film for cheap at a camera repair shop.
I bought a couple of rolls, and might have purchased more had I known anything ahead of time about the stuff.
It's color, says made in Japan....
But I've never seen this stuff before.

Have I just been out in the desert under the rocks too long and just missed it somehow??????

anyone have any opinions or experience with it????

I never even knew Mitsubishi made film.
I barely knew they even made cars until a few years ago as they were not sold in Canada.

When I find a strange film, I usually keep one in its sealed box as an oddity. I have a few like that.

Wish I would have known you were here, I could have shown you around our smoggy city ( the sunset colors are awesome though- cough hack hack). I am not sure I have ever seen mitsubishi film but they used to make a CHEAP photo paper ( Gecko) but discontinued it recently ( or else the camera shop could no longer get it- not sure) I have some stashed to use as pinhole film though...
