My friend photographer Ken Rosenthal is jurying a toy camera competition in Tuscon, Az at a wonderful venue.

Read the submission guidelines but was stumped by this little nugget:

"The first rule is the lens needs to be a pinhole or plastic and the second rule is to see the first rule. "

"See the first rule?" Who? How?

Translation: Must absolutely be a pinhole or plastic, etc.
