Does anybody remember the name of a book that was out maybe 3 /4 years ago ahich just featured head shots /portraits of great apes? Some monkeys may also have been involved. When I googled it I seem to get location or cutsey images.

Thats the book that came out first in my google search.I think that the one I'm looking for was by a male photographer. But Im not

certain. The images appear to be in a square format. The apes as far as I remember are'nt in the wild. There is at least one picture of an

ape who has brain damage or is mentally handicapped in some way.I also have a feeling that there were extracts in a guardian

saturday supplement.
