Well I just turned up and rudely dived in without introducing myself so here goes...

I'm Vicky, living in Salisbury with husband, three not so little kids and Snowy the dog.
I've been taking pictures for about 5 years now, 99% film, and using anything from a diana to a hassy, I really do like it all.

I'm not sure how I got here but it seems like a place I'll enjoy hanging out and I'm looking forward to getting to know you (some names are already familiar from flickr).

great to have you here and great pics too. I'm always in awe of good colour work 'cos I cant seem to do it.

we've been a bit quiet on the site recently, but there's a new collaboration and print exchange on the go, and if you haven't already, it's worth going over to the podcast page and listening to us droning on about rather important nothingness. (the guests are always top-notch though). Hopefully we'll get our respective acts together and do some more soon.

And I'm liking that it's quieter here than the usual online experiences I have...it can get a bit overwhelming on flickr.

The collaboration sounds good and I'll add my name to the print swap too.
And I'll do my best with the podcasts :)

Love the above. You're much braver than I ... took me a time before I mustered the courage to post any work. The standard here is so high. It is also a very pleasant place to be.

i've got a mini exhib beginning of oct in a cafe as part of salisbury arts trail...i have no idea why i said i'd do it.
i'm listed as portraits but i think i'm going to have to put other work in too as i now have 2 weeks only (holiday coming up) to choose, print, frame, get flyers etc (possibly sort out basic website)...this is so typical of me..it will be fine but i can't seem to break being a last minute person, i keep thinking that i've learnt and next time will be different but it never is :)
