hello all (introduction)

greetings!

i'm a 22 year old film fanatic originally from california. 
i am just getting back into film after my rendezvous in the point and shoot digital world.
my infatuation with photography began at an early age as my mother always bought me a new camera for my birthday.
these days it is me and Minnie, my Minolta SRT-101, a Polaroid, a Holga, and my digi (y'know for rainy days) here in atlanta.
just bought two new cameras today (another vintage Minolta and a 35mm canon sureshot)
several other cameras are still back at home.

i've never used my holga, it's been sitting on my window sill for about 7 months now.  only shooting on 35mm film preferably expired.

i look forward to learning from you all.

Welcome - you'll find the folk friendly here.

Don't you have the most wonderful mother in the whole wide world - cameras for birthday presents! The first camera I bought for myself was an SRT-101, which eventually I passed on to my sister. I still have my XD-11 that I replaced it with, some 30 years ago. Of course, now I've got many more to go with it....
