Continuing Francois' cheapskate photography thread, here's a list of sources/links of penurious photography....

Film - www.7dayshop.com
    Ilford film www.mathersoflancashire.co.uk/page17.html
Chemistry - www.speedgraphic.co.uk (though their range isn't huge)
    www.silverprint.co.uk
Batteries - www.battery-force.co.uk

Keep 'em coming and I'll update this list

When the 7 day shop haven't got what I want I go to Mailshots http://www.mailshots.co.uk/, they're great if you need something quickly but not as cheap as 7 day shop.

The cheapest sites I've found for film (in the UK) so far are:

http://www.ag-photographic.co.uk/

and

http://www.discountfilmsdirect.co.uk/

Film from Ag-Photographic is a little cheaper but with more expensive postage. They are cheapest if you are buying some other items in addition to film.

There's also www.digitaltruth.com.

Along with the essential Massive Dev Chart they also sell film and have now branched out into chemicals, paper, equipment etc.

Sadly their extremely cheap supply of Neopan 400 which they sold as Legacy Pro 400 has dried up, but their other films are cheap especially if you buy in bulk.

Along with Ag and Mathers who have been mentioned I also use these people for Fuji films:

Not forgetting that poundland have Kodak Colourprint 200 at (you guessed it) a pound a roll!
They also have a single use camera for a pound, no idea what film is in it.

I haven't bought anything from them yet. But you can quite often get some special offers on rollei film, wich seems nice.
