Hey Skorji....and Filmwasters people
well everyone got well and truly plastered...Artpunk spilt beer down his front on account of trying to take my photo with his diana whilst still having a beer in his hand! A lot was said to people you only know from the net...then you forget what you spoke about...everyone was feeling a little worst for wear the next day...but we will all head back there today...for more celebratory drinks...I do believe that there is a connection between drinking and film based photography...?!!!

LOL, yep digiboy just rang me, it was a welcome distraction really because my team (The Bulldogs) were getting beaten by the Kangaroos (we're talking real football here people - Aussie Rules!)
It was a packed opening night, someone must have mentioned free beer! It was so crowded it was actually very hard to circulate and be able to appreciate everyones photos, but we got some breathing space later in the night..
Yes I captured a few shots from the night using the Diana F+, being a big fan of available light, I really hate taking flash photography, but had no choice here and some of the shots turned out not too bad! I shall post some below for everyones amusement:

In order:
#1 Digiboy (Chris) standing near his excellent print
#2 Digiboy again with Karen (supacrush on Flickr) and Mike L (who some of you may know from the ol' Toy Camera forum)
#3 Two women who I don't know at all but they seemed nice!
#4 Ziz being captured by Barb with her LCA
