My daughter found this on the floor at her university today. I suspect it's part of someone's art project, but it's still an outrage  ;D ;D

I agree. The specificity of it was what made me laugh and also suggested that it might be a tongue in cheek thing, or possibly part of someone's project. Either way, I think it's pretty awesome.

I agree 100%. A sign without errant apostrophes in 2024 is rare thing indeed.
