Nice snow shots, the first two could have been shot in the eastern part of Norway. Would you believe it, we had 1cm of snow last week! But not anymore.......
Thanks Kai. These were at an elevation of about 5,500 feet. That's high alpine, close to the tree line, the trees are skinny and short from the stress of the winter weather. We got a few feet of snow just before I went up, that made for some great winter scenery. We've had a very normal winter in the Pacific Northwest mountains this year, a bit colder than normal in the lowlands. I understand Europe is having a very mild winter.
Really love the first shot with the snowy trees Bryan! The one bent in the background really makes the image for me.
Thanks Manuell, I was thinking the same thing.
I immediately started to sing the" Lonesome Pine " song, from Monty Pythons, when I saw the 3rd image from Bryan.
I love Monty Python! Of course, the Life of Brian is my favorite, even thought they spelled Bryan wrong.
