I fixed the stuck shutter on my Contax T!

Turns out the self-timer switch was engaged this whole time 🤦🏽‍♂️

OMG! What a fix ;)
Somehow I'm just happy that it was that simple... Unlike what I fixed partially yesterday. Took apart part of the shutter on a Flexaret for a cla. And at the same time I discovered why it's so hard to focus... It needs a new mirror.

Is the mirror broken or just in need of re-silvering? I've had mirrors re-silvered in the UK, there are probably some on your side of the pond that can do it as well.

It's just a re-silvering that's needed. So I might just replace it.
I don't know how the camera was stored but the mirror looks like it dates back to the 1800's... It's really bad. A new one would more than double the viewfinder brightness.
