Happy Birthday Francois!  This week I have a rare self portrait sporting my COVID beard.  Shot with a Polaroid 100 Land Camera using the Polaroid Portrait Kit #581.  This is my last pack of Fujifilm FP-3000B.  My pack film shooting is coming to an end with only 3 packs of FP-100C remaining.  It will be missed but I'm not about to pay the crazy prices this stuff is selling for now.

The last few weeks I've been walking around my neighborhood asking people wearing masks if I can take their portraits. The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Have over 30 in the can. Here are two. Koniflex with Portra 400.

Any man who can see what he wants to get on film will usually find some way to get it;
and a man who thinks his equipment is going to see for him is not going to get much of anything.

I have one more for this weekend, same camera and film as my other photo.  This was today, one of the most frightening things I have ever done, cutting my wife's hair.  She said it was good so I live to see another day.

I had to take some pictures as it was driving me mad, just going to work and watching tv, so broke out the Linhof and took a couple of 4x5s on Foma 400 developed in HC110 (b)

Mom's been cutting my hair for a few months now and she's doing a pretty good job at it. She does the back square just like the barber. But for some reason, when I offered her to cut hers she declined. I guess she's scared that I would do something too artsy  ;D

hey, good to put a face to you Bryan, and glad your wife let you play another day after cutting her hair. If she's like me, she was probably overjoyed just to get a trim and some relief from the weight of it.

My contribution is from a very short little jaunt over to Tucumcari for a night on Friday.
I had ( and I say had since I tossed the little crap camera in the bin after returning home) a Diana mini with me and some other disposable cameras plus a soviet Cosmic Symbol for the day.
The Diana mini was on it's last legs as the shutter button broke long ago and was only usable with a cable release....and as you can see it was double exposing frames...finally it stopped working altogether. I tried to fix it, but too much plastic inside of it, so it's now going to the recylcers.'

Wow, that must have been a really beat-up one... not that they're exactly hard to beat-up.
