Thanks to you all for posting these...so cool to put faces and equipment to the names here.
Sure wish I could come rambling along with you all as it looks to be a fun outing and I love the landscape there!
One day, one day, I will...

Paul, what kind of gear bag is that?
Can I see a closer version of it...I'm looking for another bag these days.

Nice work Miles and that halo is all there... Just so cool to see the different interpretation on the same walk...
LF and SWC work still to come... Becky, I'm a Lowepro (Nova 5) kinda guy... Reasonably cheap, minimal in looks and takes the licks...

Great stuff Sandeha.  I've managed to develop some film this weekend - here are two shots:

The ubiquitous ridged slopes

and the last shot of the day

Wow Miles, that Coronet 44 is lo-fi! I like it though.  :D

I've got a Coronet Victor (I think it's called) that belonged to my grandfather. I want to use it but, because he died when I was 6 or 7, I also quite like the idea he was the last person to shoot with it.

Thanks Comrades, it's the Crap Holy Trinity. Crap Camera, Crap Film, Crap All Knowledge of what you're doing.  I'll end upslitting film at some point though as I just love those two 127 cameras and my Yash 44 and not having a choice of film is depressing.

Nigel - I'm sure your Grandfather would rather you used the Coronet, it's British after all !  ;D And as Miller says "It's still in the firm ..."  ;D ;D ;D

This thread reminds me about why it is that I love photography.  I am jealous of the hang and I am in awe of the results.  So many pairs of eyes looking through such a diverse set of lenses--some of them crap, or so I read--and what wonderful images!  Kudos to all for making the trek in the warm air (especially to the heavy lifters) and many thanks for the pictures.

A few taken on the day but before the main event when Paul and I met up for some early morning snapping.

All lovely but the third one is a corker, Peter. If I'd known there was a bit of early morning mist action going on, we'd have been there a few hours earlier..... :o

Some excellent images Peter, as the saying goes... 'the early bird gets the worm'

The third image is magic and sums up the morning for me.

Have just had my Isolette images processed and can't wait to scan them.
