Weekend August 17-19
« on: August 17, 2018, 02:44:52 PM »
It's Friday!
Time to start a weekend and hope everyone has a good one...it's started to cool off a bit which makes me very happy!
My photo is from a 4 x 5 Leonardo pinhole that a friend sent to me earlier this year...I like it.

Treescape is a test shot and is the view out my bedroom window.
Delta 100, caffenol for 8 minutes.

Very nice, Becky. I'd enjoy trying to contact a negative that size one day.

Thanks Jeff
I've got a few 4 x 5's saved up to print when winter comes and the weather's too crappy to go out. My winter project so to speak...

Happy weekend, everyone!

I shot this with the Yashica Electro 35 on Kodak Tri-X pushed to 800.

Great start everyone! Especially the pinhole, Becky. Did you enjoy shooting the Yashica, Miguel? The shot looks great, good composition considering you made it with a rangefinder.

I shot a number of landscape shots on a hike with my Canon F-1. One was shot with the fabulous Canon 85mm f/1.8 and the other with the Canon 50mm f/1.4. Film is Fomapan 100 in Caffenol-C-H (RS).

I like the tower shot Miguel, I need to try pushing Tri-X, maybe that's something I'll do this winter when it's dark all the time.

These are from the first roll through the Lordomat I picked up recently.  The Lordonar f/2.8 50mm lens is nice and sharp, no complaints about the camera.  The film is Kosmo Foto Mono 100 developed in Beer.

Thanks, Becky. The light was glorious and I really love the way that Fomapan 100 renders the scene. It's been my go-to film for quite some time now.

Here are two shots from a roll of Ilford XP2 Super, in a Yashicamat 124G, which I developed this week in the Fuji Hunt C41 kit.

Nice weekend. I really like Kai's color. Bryan wins for coolest camera name though.

This is a salt print of 4x5 Kodak x-ray film shot on the Speed Graphic. I had to expose at 25 and develop the hell out of it to get a neg dense enough to get some contrast with this process. Printed on Arches Aquarelle 140lb hot press paper.

Went out Friday with the Ondu 6x12 pinhole, shot one roll black and white, and one roll colour. This is the best from the roll of PanF+.

I'd not used the Ondu for over a year, and the lesson is I need to be a lot closer to the subject than I think.
