Does anyone with a Fuji FP-1 ever worked on the front door?
« on: November 28, 2016, 12:20:26 AM »
I have one with the grey button on the door sagging. I am trying to figure out if something is broken or it has slipped out of place.
I really don't want to start taking all those screws out if I don't need to..... I will try to post a pic.... Rod

I have a hard time figuring out where the part is located. Maybe a wider view would help.

Hello Francois I finally built up the courage and undid the screws.
This is the button on top of the folding door. I had on of the plastic arms that act as pivots break. I have epoxied the piece back on and it appears to be good now.

Sometimes there are things that break, especially if the camera was forced.

I had to crazy glue the riveted hook on a Meopta... The people who opened the back didn't notice the huge release button on the side...
