finally wasting some film instead of Cf cards....

We did a trash the dress session with a girl on Monday and I brought my holga along for the ride :) If you have not heard of TTD check out their website at www.trashthedress.com some cool stuff in there if you scroll through the blog :)

I don't know about the rest of the gang here, but I've really missed seeing your film work.

Very glad to see some LB action at play.

What a great idea! If I could still fit into my wedding dress I'd do it myself (even though I've been married 12 years ;)). Love your shots Laura, been missing that Burlton style...

Leon- I was thinking of moving there but I got a J-O-B so I decided to stay.  I had not worked for 8 years really and I decided selling out a bit would be good for the finances , so now I work for a photography studio full time. I mostly shoot weddings, but the potential to make pretty good money is there. Now instead of shooting little girls playing dress up, I shoot grown women playing dress up, so not much difference really, but at least I get paid :) AND I have another TTD session at the beach today with a different bride and the bride above is flying me to Vegas in about 12 days to shoot some more stuff ( she is doing a book for her fiance) so I am liking it. The fun stuff makes having to work weddings totally worth it.

Excellent to see you back here, Laura. Love that last shot in particular. TTD is a great idea all round and it's always good to get one of the gang earning their money from photography.Good on ya  :)

Love the concept of trashing the dress....these shots are great.  Always great to see your work Laura. Now where  did I put that wedding dress of mine!...perhaps a little too much information about how I  spend my leisure time :)
