Yep! starting the weekend early.
Felt like spinning the tires this week, so I got my spinner camera out.

If you zoom them, you can use the horizontal scroll bar to see them in better detail. And yes, they cover more than 360°

My shooting this week was basically testing. I finally got around to properly measuring and tweaking the lens standard on my Perkeo II to resolve a bit of edge softness, and of course I had to run some film through by restored Leica IIIa and Summar 50/2. Here's one from each. First, the Leica and Summar (wide open): HP5+ in Caffenol C-H(RS):

Those were definitely the hot hatch days. I remember being passes by one when going to school. The thing was going so fast I don't remember ever seeing anything like that, except maybe a Renault Alpine while crossing the Pyrenees.
Here, the car was sold as the Geo Metro by GM or the Suzuki Sprint. Both brands were active at the same time.

Sandeha : yes, I was hesitant about the sprockets so I went for speed since my sprocket less holder can do two at a time. In the end, I'm pretty happy I did avoid them.

I like the spinner shots Francois, that reminds me I need to get my KMZ FT-2 out again. These were all shot with my Leica III with the Elmar lens using expired (May 2007) York Color Film 200. The York film in re-branded Ferrania/3M film. I metered it at 100 ISO.

I was worried about Riley surviving dental surgery so we went to the beach the day before and I shot almost half the roll on her. She's almost 17 years old so putting her under for the surgery is quite risky. They had to extract 10 teeth, some that were abscessed and causing an infection. She did very well in the surgery and is doing much better now.

My experience with Fomapan 400 is that it liked to be overexposed one stop. It seems Fomapan 100 feels the same way! Lovely!

I recently got my Makina 670 back from a service at the factory and it's like new; they adjusted or replaced everything that needed it and the camera is like new. Happy!

They were later built in Ontario iirc! In the states, they were sold briefly imported as the Suzuki SA-310 at motorcycle dealers! Later Chevrolet decided to make them with Suzuki. Sold as the Chevrolet Sprint in most places, but also sold as the Suzuki Forsa / Forsa Turbo in Western Pacific states. Second Gen, GEO branded cars came about, thus Geo Metro! But some places didnt have Geo dealers, so it was also sold as Chevrolet Metro. Again a handful of places also sold it as the Suzuki Swift.

Looking good everyone! I especially enjoyed calbisu second shot, very strong image!

Last evening I and a few others tok on a challenge given by OsloFoto, a shop focusing on analog photography. Everyone got one Ilford XP2 Plus Single Use Camera and about 45 minutes to shoot in the city centre. I taped a red filter on the front of the camera and got to it.
We handed in the cameras, went to the pub and about tree pints later had the film developed, scanned and ready to see on their projector in the shop across the street. A great way to spend a Friday eve, I´d say.

I actually managed to shoot through two and a half rolls of Delta 3200 35mm yesterday. That's probably a record for me. 35mm tends to take me a while to get through, especially 3200. Most of it was for a project I'm working on, but not this one.

Family was out of town today, so I had some time to play around with an old foam core curved plane pinhole camera I haven't taken down for ages. This father's day was time for dad to clean out the workbench. Lucky me.

I think the 'inner' picture is the pinhole photo. Everything there is in focus. I think the 'outer' photo was taken with a lensed camera. Clever juxtaposition.
