It sounds like a good idea, but ...

My Fujifilm GA645Zi records the date, aperture, shutter speed, and focal length just outside the frame, and it sounds like that would be useful, but I've only bothered to look at the data once (although it doesn't help that I need a magnifying glass). It's obviously important to get those settings right at the time of shooting, but I rarely need to know them afterwards.
