Here are a few shots from Old Town in San Diego. There is a group of victorian houses there. Some have businesses in them, others are just maintained externally by the historical society.

Very nice as always Paul. Also like Scott´s Path shot.

From the P6, shot this summer but just developed. MIR 38B lens works better than expected, given it has more than its fair share of dust between the two front elements (looks like they have been cemented there - Sovjet quality for you). Acros in R09 1+50 10min (my favourite film/dev combo)

Whoa!  Yet another week slips by....
I braved the frigid temps and shot some closeups of dead seed pods that filled up with snow and looked like flowers.  Once again, playing with the newly-rebuilt Gundlach Korona 4x5 on full extension.  Starting to get the hang of it I think.
Sorry, no sensitometric data....

Great shots everyone, love Kevins crane and Pauls pinhole.  Sorry Terry but we're going to need that sensitometric data to evaluate your photo.  It looks like cotton.

I have trees with bird nests.  Zorki I with an Industar-22 lens using Kodak TMax 400.  Semi-Stand developed in Rodinal 1-100 for 1 hour.

Nice one Bryan. I was wondering if those were nests for birds or squirrels. Here in So Cal, some of the trees lose their leaves and look like that, but it is just mistletoe (nasty parasitic plant).

The trees are right next to the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks in Seattle.  I think this is a great blue heron rookery, they feed on the Salmon Smolt as they pass through the locks heading out to sea.

The Locks were one of our favorite places to go on warm summer evenings when my wife and I were young and poor. Soothing memories of a peaceful place and time.

I took about 5,000 pictures of this steaming sewer drain, on 2 different cameras, and finally found one that looked good  :-\

Olympus XA, Velvia 50 shot at EI50 and xpro'd in C41 ... which led to surprisingly little color shift (I usually shoot Velvia at 25), so I just did a little bit of color correction in Lightroom to get it looking a little more normal rather than weird, and here you have it.

It's one of my favorite places in Seattle, beautiful gardens and old buildings, watching the boats go through the locks and watching the salmon climb the fish ladder.  I have a few more shots from there that I may post later.  The cold caused the shutter to malfunction so several shots didn't turn out very good.

Satish, I think you should throw caution to the wind and just load up some fresh 35mm CN in a camera and shoot it at box speed and develop in straight C-41. Come on, live on the wild side!!  :P

Good to see this thread is still as vibrant as ever. I've actually been taking photos again this year and doing some image lifts using FP100C...it's amazing what some time off work will allow you to do, hobby-wise  :D :D

As usual, my favourite image of the lot was a f*ck up, so I can't really take any credit for it, but I'll try nonetheless  8)

I do look forward to these weekend threads. There's always a great variety of subjects and techniques.

Paul Mitchell's pinhole is topping my list this week, and I also like Late Developer's Dungeness shots. I dev'd a roll of HP5+ today that has half a dozen frames from Dungeness, but not got round to scanning yet, so they'll probably show up next week.

I seem to have had a case of "fat finger syndrome" and submitted my above post a little prematurely, so here's the shot I should have attached..!

This white stork lives in our local wildlife park, and decided to pose itself into this lovely arrangement of lines and curves for me on a recent visit.

Mamiya C220, Porta 400, Tetenal Kit, Epson V600. I messed up the meter reading on this, the film was set as super fast by mistake, so I have adjusted contrast a little.

Great images, stand out for me are Paul, Astro and the 'other' Paul for the Dungeness shots, that was a great day!
Great colour holga work from Charles too.

I had 8 inches of water and mud through my darkroom and spent the weekend throwing away paper, mount board and some film, truly film wasting! So no pics from me this week. Got most of the mud out but its going to be a bit whiffy in there for a few weeks, might just sprinkle the place liberally with fixer to bring the place back to its normal smell. I'll use this as an opportunity to rejig things in there, hopefully post some pics next week.  ;)

I think last week was one of the few weekend threads I've missed in a long time :(

So I'm glad to be able to sneak one in at the end of the weekend. I have started scanning the color shots from my recent vacation to the desert. Here's one from the Lubitel and Portra 400, taken on New Year's Eve.

And yes, this was Arizona. Apparently it was the most snow this town has gotten in at least 10 years (or 50 years, depending on who you talked to!)

And yes, it was color! Though to be fair, at this time of year where we were, it seemed that the choices were either white or, when the snow melted, beige ;)
