Oxford - June 2014
« on: June 13, 2014, 10:11:12 PM »
For a variety of reasons, the FW get-together in Oxford never actually happened.  When I told my missus, Lara, that it had been postponed, she said "why don't we go anyway?" As everything had been prepared for the following day and in the face of such plain logic, it was difficult to find a reason not to do so. So, early that Sunday morning, we set off for Oxford.

Lara had decided to travel light with my digi thing. I had my Nikon FM3A, 35mm/f2 and 85mm/f2 Ai-S lenses + some XP2 Super.

This is only a short photo set as we spent more time mooching about and finding our way around a city with which neither of us is particularly familiar.  The weather was annoyingly nice, making for strong shadows and some fairly bland skies. Never mind, it was a good day and we're hoping it can be repeated soon - with our FW friends this time......
