So I recently acquired a 1926 Agfa PD16 Clipper. From what I gather, the PD16 is a 116 half-frame and from my measurements the image is 6x5cm. I only got one 116 spool in the camera, so I would have to get another in order to respool 120 film. So what do I do? I found and downloaded a pattern for a set of adapters that will allow a standard 120 spool to fit into the 616 camera and sent that off to a friend who has a nice 3-D printer. Then I did some measuring and calculating because there are no 6x5 numbers on the 120 backing paper. So I will need to count turns on the winding knob. Here is what I came up with. Anyone have any direct experience doing this? I know some people put a 6x4.5 mask in the camera, but I really would like to see the 6x5 image area used.
