It's odd to see how skinny batman used to be, as compared to...

Oh, I'm with Gary 100% the 60s Batman was the best by far - I do love a bit of high camp!

I grew up on the old Batman (in re-runs). I tend to find the new batman too violent. Why can't there be anything as zany as the original?

I love that everything was labelled in those old shows. Why would they need the labels!? Hilarious.

I too love the 60s Batman, and I hear you on the re-runs Francois ... fond memories of school holiday morning TV.

BUT ... I am a big fan of the new dark knight too - that kind of brooding psychopathic vengeance driven  etc etc etc .  It makes for great fantasy story telling,. There is something so good about the superheros that dont have any particular special power, just a ton of cash to throw at fancy cars.  brilliant.

For some odd reason, the villains never have lairs as cool as they did in the old days!

Even though the new characters are more interesting psychologically, you won't take away from me the over the top very stylish and groovin' characters from those old shows!

I wonder if Maxwell Smart had a camera?

Love the old Batman! I found one whole episode to watch with my little nephew a week ago. Then we saw some 40's Batman too. :D

I went through school with the nickname of "Agent 99".  (Get Smart)
I chipped my front tooth on a merry go round in second grade and had a silver cap on it until I got a natural colored permanent cap in high school.

My school mates were convinced I had a secret radio in that tooth.    8)

I too love old Batman!

Becky: That's the best story ever. Wonderful.

p.s.
Did it pick up FM or was it UHF only?
