Hope you get a flashy sparkly fourth!

Why, what's happening on the 4th?... it's just an ordinary Wednesday isn't it?... (he runs away and hides now...  :-*)

Love the first one Becky it even looks vintage even without the fact its taken on vintage camera.

thanks!
I'm hoping to get some night shots of sparkly things, but with all the drought, most of the firework shows have been cancelled here in New Mexico....

At any rate, it's a day off!

25th Wedding Anniversary.

:P I still cannot understand how they heard about it across the pond or why they go to some much trouble to celebrate it?  It's a mystery to me but the other half likes the fuss so who am I to complain.  :P

Mike

It's the Silver one, but will I get any film?

I guess fireworks will get cancelled in most counties. I was just looking at the weather and I sure wouldn't like to be thrown in that convection oven you got there!

But a day off is always welcome any time of the year!

Francois, Yeah, no kidding.
My husband asked me the other night if I could have a super power what would it be, and I told him I would like to control the Jet Stream and be able to make it rain on command!   ;D

Nice snaps. "More Pyro 4 Less" has to be one of greater slogans I've come across!
I'm headed to Connecticut to visit a friend for the 4th, I got my Minolta AF-C loaded with Lomo slide film for cross processing (I know, I know, Lomo). I think consensus is that the Lomo X-pro Chrome is actually Agfa Precisa 100 rebranded, but who knows. I'll have to fiddle with the ISO setting on the AF-C to get the longest exposure I can for the fireworks. Not sure how it'll turn out.

Oh, please.  Move it off us for a bit.

Daily rain for the past three months in Wales ...    :'(
