Another reason to love Drew Barrymore.  My take-away line: "Every time the camera broke or scanned or re-calibrated, I would be thinking I could be changing a film magazine right now."

Thanks Becky, that was nice.  Whenever I read anything by Eggleston I find myself reading very s l o w l y  and with a smoky southern delivery.   ;)

I always come away from reading Eggleston or looking at his work thinking better of him.  That he walked away from the prickly HCB earns him a gold star in my book.  He would have gotten two gold stars if he would have spilled his drink on the blowhard first!
