Topic: Inspiration

I love historic images. Sometimes when I'm looking for inspiration I hop over to the Library of Congress and search for images from the Farm Security Administration (Walker Evans, Dorothea Lange, Jack Delano, etc.):

Because the FSA work is all publicly available, easy access is just dependent on whether it's been digitized yet or not. It's also interesting to search the LoC by geography if you have some historical interest in an area (in the States, of course).

And then, there's always Shorpy.

Is there any place online (other than here) that you haunt?

Jack, you're right that really is a beautiful image. I think somewhere in the back of mind I knew of the Library of Congress images but I've never looked at them. I think I'll pop over there now and have a look. Thanks for posting.
