Two snaps from rolls of film developed this week. Colour from the UW&S and AgfaVista film [made in Japan] and the B&W is from L'Eroica in Tuscany with Retro400s/Rodinal

Do not know the rules for this weekend postings, but is it allright to post from a few weeks ago? Well do let me know if I'm not doing this right :)

These shots are from the anual Photo Walk by Scott Kelby. Didnt have these analog once back in time to use for the competition but like them better than my digital once.

Shot with my Baby Rolleiflex, using Macocolor film expired 2008

Last Sunday was my lucky day... Picked up a Polaroid SLR 680 camera with film at the Tonbridge vintage audio jumble for £1.00... Been after one of these bad boys for a loooooong time....    :)

Loads of films to process after my holidays... I have just started with a few.

From a fat roll taken with my Holga, a joy for the light leak lovers but not for me!
I do hate fat rolls!! >:(

Anyway... this the first of a possibly series in this place where they dispose carnival floats (is that a correct translation for those giant things going on the streets during carnival?)  :P

15mins into Friday where I am and after (another) long break I'm back on the film and learning that stand development doesn't work out every time. FP4+ Agfa Isola then 1hr in 1:100 Rodinal with a couple of turns half way through.  Ended up with some very dark negs with little shadow detail (perhaps I just overexposed?) plus some streaks. Still pondering what made this happen. This was shot a couple of weeks back on the hottest UK October day recorded. The water was still chilly tho!

Still ploughing through the developing from 2 weeks in Tuscany. A couple from L'Eroica. I resisted the urge to take the Ixus on the ride and (in keeping with the occasion) carried the Rollei B35. Rollei retro 100 developed in Aculux.

Brownie Hawkeye Flipped lens using 35mm Tmax...this film was in a bulk loader that Randy Smith gave me about a year ago..he had purchased it at a garage sale over 10 years ago! We were surprized that it wasn't color film..and even surprized more at how well the film came out!

Do not know the rules for this weekend postings, but is it allright to post from a few weeks ago?
Rules? There is only one - it has to be film. Even the start of the weekend thread does not matter, as though its now on a Thursday, next week it will be Wednesday, the we roll around again eventually to Saturday.

As long as its weekly and had film, we're all happy. I've not shot anything serious in a while, but did take some snaps on a weekend away, staying in a great Taisho-era ryokan. Nothing remarkable, other than Kodak's versatile Ektar. See ya! Skj.

Though, the road in was rather spectacular, like a water slide for cars:

and the local area was full of Taisho-style buildings:

axia - great images from the Photo Walk.

Sapata - I particularly love the second one, with the peeling paint and the birdcage. More B&W yum-yums.

I saw some nice Avebury shots in there too - Miles! One of my favourite places. Just going to see if I can dig some of mine out of my disorganized archives.

I'm looking for stuff to post, but it's all old stuff. I'm not wasting as much film as I want to be at the moment, and just shooting the odd bit of digital. Please don't throw me out of here! Hopefully there will be some more film stuff soon, but I'm also very slow to turn it around once it's shot.

I hear the scaffolding is coming off the new building as we speak.
This is one I shot last year, before it went up. It was that Impossible stuff, First Flush. Didn't do very well with it in my simple point-and-shoot-pola-600, but this was one shot that I was really pleased with.

Second one, Avebury, in January when it was freezing cold. Holga 120. Probably Ilford Delta 400 but I forget and I'm too lazy to pull out the negative and have a look.

I'm going to have a proper look at this thread later as there seem to be some really exceptional shots. However, I've just got back from my mate's camera shop. He's sold me a few "bits and bobs" today - the most interesting of which is a "Polaroid 545 Land Film Holder". He also gave me a box of out-of-date (expired 05/06) Polaroid 4x5 "Type 52" film.

Here's my first "point and shoot" Type 52 of Lara, using the Wista.....
