Nice!

A couple of shots from last Sunday in Bradford-on-Avon.

The double exposure wasn't intentional.   ;)

grey: awesome, personally for me darker tones and higher highlights would make it stark and insanely awesome

sprayandpray: lovely grain and lighting in those two!

Sandeha: the third one is quite good, I imagine it could be what they are fighting for in the background ;D

First up is my reflective self portrait, the only selfportrait of myself that reflects my personality :D and then we have 2 snaps from Reykjavik lake district. Been experimenting with the 6x7 frame and I think I'l be hunting for a RB67 sooner rather than later since my 6x6 Autocord was rushed to an early nonfunctioning grave.

A very hot and tired Mr Windy and my partner Eve after their 135km ride in Tuscany over tarmac and white gravel roads as part of L'Eroica ride. And was it hot! 35-38C that day. Mr Windy took plenty of snaps too so no doubt we'll be seeing them some time too - when he gets back.
This was taken in Gaiole with a Voigtlander Perkeo on Foma100/ Rodinal.

Yeah, thanks, I had wondered whether this one would work as a lith print.  But as I have never done any lith printing before and don't currently have a darkroom, that's getting ahead of myself a bit.  Still, have just bought an enlarger and lenses on the Bay, so maybe not too far ahead.

Thanks, Miles.  The boys are aiming for Napoleonic, pre-dating photography by a little, but all in emulation of good cinematographic storytelling.  I even got roped in for a couple of roles myself.

Be aware, this was directed and edited by a 15 year-old on a Flip video recorder.  I am amazed.

Hello everyone.

Harvey I like your conkers, I have one of those old print trays too, I feel some plagiarism coming on!

One more wedding polaroid for me. Doing a darkroom course over the next 10 weeks, so may have something to show at the end, depending how I do!

Happy weekend.

Phil--I like the B&W street photography.  Very nice.

While the rest of you were being good citizens I was skulking around my town at night with the Ikoflex and a roll of new portra 400.  I'm still amazed at the usefulness of a TLR for stealth photography; if you're not holding it up in the air 8 inches in front of your face, people don't think it's a camera!

Anyhow, these are a couple of shots of an ice cream parlor:

Andrea - fab shot, I'd love to ride that too. One day...
Sandeha - great pictures
Lots of darkroom chat which is encouraging, I saw and ad in B&W Photography for Silver Efex Pro which read "Like Images Straight from the Darkroom". Not from mine they ain't!

Grey Fish - looks like entrance to Addams family home. Nice shot...
Spray - love your 2nd shot - very surreal
Sandeha - great series
Soap - excellent selfie
Andrea - great shot. They have such a "glad to be alive" look on their faces.!
Harvey - really like both shots but the sepia one is my fave
Phil - nice street shot, fella.
Chalky - lovely photo. What film is that? SX-70 compatible?
Terry - love your 2nd
Karl - it looks like the tree is on fire. Nice work.

Mine are taken about a year apart. The Derwent shot is from last year and is a much better interpretation of the scan than I made previously. The second is from the recent Ridgeway ramble. I could have spent hours in those trees....

Chalky, quality wedding pics...  ;)
LD That second one is very moody
Harvey, that money was well spent, nice ones...

Speaking about double exposure...

As per recent weeks struggling to keep shooting. Yesterday I went for some night photography after midnight at the Makati Red Lantern district, around Burgos Street. It was raining so in one hand I would handle the umbrella and in the other one the Canon A1, with fuji 1600. Ja, ja, it was a total disaster, I think I did everything wrong, so may be something interesting, but I doubt it. The moment was when I brough the camera to my face to focus with one hand and then I said, wow, that´s a super clear image, yes, I was looking through the strap and the camera, not the viewfinder... and then also using feets scale when I thought it was meters scale.. what a night.

Thil, how do you find Fuji's 400H?  Did you 'pull' yours or shoot at 400? Certainly your platform shot looks good.  I shot my first roll of it over the last two weeks, and though it may be down to my scanner I feel a preference for Superia's colours.

Sandeha,
I usually use 400H for low light and nighttime and shoot it at 400 (e.g. the shot below). I really love it - it's one of my favourite films.

Alan,
The first one is clearly the wrong end of the ha'penny but surely the second picture isn't O'Connell Bridge?  I have no recollection of that ugly big monolith on the left.  I really like the texture and the vignetting--did you soup these in caffenol?  (Thanks to you I'm now a caffenol addict too.)

Terry, that is O'Connell bridge alright. If my fading memory serves me right "The Harp" bar was in that building on the left (not sure if it still is).

Sandeha, love the double exposure.

Miles, that Morris and windmill one looks is truly from another age.

Here are a few I developed today. These were taken at the Fiddlers' Jam in Fiddletown, a small town in the gold country of California.
