....the Fay Godwin "Land Revisited" 25th anniversary exhibition at the National Media Museum in Bradford. It's on until 27th March (i.e. this coming Sunday). Details at:

Hi LD

Will be in Bradford on Saturday for the BIFF.  My first film starts at 12.00 but I then have a gap between screenings from about 1.45 till 3.30 pm if you want to meet up then?  Or I could be persuaded to arrive 11.30 ish but a jar then would be too early for me if I am not going to fall asleep in the cinema later.

Saw the Godwin show last weekend and the Petersen/Engstrom exhibition too.  Her work now looks a little bit dated to me in subject and scale, and the influences on her work seem much more obvious than they perhaps did in the 80s and 90s.  The Engstrom stuff passes me by but the Petersen images are more my cup of cha and I enjoyed his work a lot.

If you want to meet up, even just to have a work around the two shows together, just let me know by Friday.  Good to meet Mrs LD too and, as Mrs WB is toying with coming along, perhaps we could make it a foursome?

Enjoyed meeting up with you both yesterday and glad you enjoyed the Fay Godwin show.  Hope that that lovely new M6 is giving you lots of enjoyment and that you found somewhere nice in Ilkley to eat last night.  I will hopefully get to post the images that I took yesterday in the next few weeks.  Oh, and the 4pm film was absolutely awful - I walked out after 30 mins!

Great to meet you, too. Sorry to hear about the film.

The B&B ended up being in Menston, so we had some great food at the pub just next to the farmhouse / B&B we were staying at.

I've posted a few shots taken when we had a walk round Bradford (I got them processed at Jessops to check everything was working. All seems well.)
