Thats a great video. Checked it out on FB and really liked it. The portable darkroom is really cool as well. And yeah, the work is amazing!

Nothing thrills me more.  I always say that I will... and I half-heartedly keep an eye out for the equipment that I'd need... but then the logistics of carting a portable darkroom always intimidates me.  How I'd love to see some videos that show how you can set up something portable on the cheap - it looks like she had a very easy setup that draped to the sand... would have loved to see more of that!

I'd seen her work before at flakphoto.com, it's amazing.

I love wet collodion... I was lucky enough to spend a lovely afternoon with Carl Radford and Quinn Jacobson at the Kensal Green Cemetery last may when they unveiled a headstone to the man who created the process, they also did some demostrations of this wonderful technique.  I can't afford doing now but one day I will... definetely will, I have to !!! :)

Suzi, thanks for posting this!

I loved the video, love the work, and as a result I have signed up for a wet plate collodian workshop at ICP (not Insane Clown Posse).  I'm very excited!!

Great vid. Thanks for posting. It's a lovely process and Mr Radford kindly snapped me up using this process and the plate sits on the mantelshelf behind me. Sadly, there is no image on the plate as Carl could not bring the proper fixer over on the plane in case they thought he was going to set fire to his underpants or something - and the image emulsion fell oof. But you can see the scan of it here before it went! http://boxesbellows.blogspot.com/search?q=collodion
